"The Duro-Last Cool Zone roofing system was a logical choice for many reasons. I liked the fact that most of the roofing seams were pre-manufactured. I also liked the way the flashings were created in one piece, prefabricated. Both of these mean fewer seams on the roof and fewer chances for leaks. Another unexpected benefit was cooler temperatures inside our warehouse. Our warehouse is at least 10-12° cooler with the new roof. This solved a safety issue for our company."
